Instructional designer & educational leader
As an educational leader who shifted to innovative instructional design, I have developed effective skills in creating engaging learning experiences for various of purposes. My focus is combining user-centered design principles with development strategies to create intuitive and engaging products. Some of my notable achievements include designing interactive modules that increased user engagement by +40% and overall academic achievement by +45%.
2008 - 2010
Coordinator & Curriculum Trainer
As a coordinator, I recruited, interviewed, oriented, trained and supervised volunteer advocates for a nonprofit. As a curriculum trainer for adult volunteers, I developed and implemented adult training curriculum to classes of 15+ volunteers over a 4-week training program. I was able to revise and update the curriculum to present relevant information and knowledge from SME's to empower learners with the skills needed to align with the company mission. I was able to shift a worn, outdated training curriculum in order to craft a modern, effective training program using learning management systems and evolving technologies. With my training program, 100% of participants were able to graduate and participate in the nonproft mission.

Sales Account Associate & Social Media Manager
As an sales account associate, I gained valuable experience in various aspects of communication, marketing, sales strategies and leadership skills. I worked on a range of business projects, demonstrating a great strength in social media marketing strategies and customer engagement skills. This was a position where I learned my creative thinking and communication skills can positively impact business.

Earning over 61 Master level course credits, I continue to grow and learn to master my craft in instructional design.

I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language-Pathology from Temple University. During my studies, I developed a strong foundation in learning principles and techniques, and worked on a range of projects that helped me refine my skills and portfolio.
